"Bhati Library is a self-study point located in Meerapur, Muzaffarnagar district. It offers the best facilities, including a reliable internet connection, air conditioning, and power backup. The library operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Bhati Library has additional centers in Morna and Behsuma that provide excellent computer facilities. It also offers certification courses under the Kausal Vikas Yojana for students."
